I have over twenty years of experience in film, television, and digital content programming, curation, acquisitions, contracts, and licensing. I present and write about classic and current cinema on an ongoing basis..
I was the chief programmer of TCM Underground, the beloved late-night cult movie franchise on Turner Classic Movies, that ran from 2006 - 2022. I was also the producer and host of the companion Youtube series, “TCM Slumberground”.
As a member of the programming department at Turner Classic Movies, I collaborated on the popular franchises Noir Alley, Silent Sunday Nights, and TCM Imports. I was also the Content Manager for TCM + Criterion Collection’s former streaming service, FilmStruck.
I published a book in October 2022 called TCM Underground: 50 Must-See Films from the World of Classic Cult and Late-Night Cinema, which is available through Running Press.
I also adjunct teach and have provided lecturing, writing, curation, and presenting for A24, Alamo Drafthouse, the Atlanta Film Festival, New Beverly Cinema, the University of Southern California, the University of North Georgia, the University of Maine, and the Ohio State University. I currently co-host the weekly film double feature podcast, I Saw What You Did, published every Tuesday on the Exactly Right network.
Originally from the South, I’ve made my way back to Atlanta, GA after a stint in Los Angeles where I like to take dance classes, watch basketball, and hang out with my dog, Sophie.
